2014 Summer Tour Featuring Kiss & Def Leppard
Rock music history is being made with the likes of Kiss and Def Leppard teaming up for the 2014 Summer Tour. The bands announced their tour in March of 2014 with an originally scheduled 40-date tour that begins on June 23rd in West Valley, Utah and ends on August 31st in Woodlands, Texas.
Kiss has been known for their charitable donations to the Wounded Warrior organizations and also announced that $1 from each ticket will go to the charity. Kiss & Def Leppard will surely have the house rocking with two iconic bands uniting for the first time on stage.
Kiss has not released their set list, but after celebrating 40 years of success, there are a lot of songs that fans will be expecting to hear. “Hotter Than Hell” will be one hit that the band will be belting out and fits perfectly in the hot summer heat. “Detroit Rock City” and “Should It Out Loud” are two other songs that attendees can expect from this recently induced Rock Hall of Fame legendary band.
Rivaling Kiss is no easy feat and may be impossible, but Def Leppard is also a legendary band that has been around for nearly 40 years. Much like Kiss, the band has kept their set list a secret, but one thing is certain: no songs from the currently penned album will be included. Songs from “Rise to Fame” and “Hysteria” will surely be on the list.
What can be said about two legendary rock bands uniting together for a 40-date tour besides the night will be unforgettable. Both bands know how to party, and while their glory days may be behind them, they can still rock the stage like never before. For a night of music history, the 2014 Summer Tour is a must-see for all rock music fans.
